Although similar to mentoring, sponsorship, and other forms of employee development, coaching is unique in its focus on the individual or group's ownership of and involvement in the process and end results. The focus of our coaching work with individuals or groups is to integrate past success with a current need for change in order to create the desired future state.

Our cadre of highly trained and experienced coaches has a proven track record of helping clients establish and implement plans to accomplish stated goals. Our coaches have a minimum of ten year's leadership experience in a variety of industries, have all completed a coach training program accredited International Coach Federation and also hold current credentials through the International Coach Federation.
