Our Founder
Ann Marie Johnston is the Founding Partner of Optimal Development Partners™, where she works with executives, leadership teams, and HR leaders to help organizations navigate moments of change with clarity and momentum. With more than two decades of experience in leadership, talent, and workforce transformation, she previously served as a Principal/Partner in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice and held executive HR roles at GE Aviation, GE Digital, and GE Crotonville.

Ann is a trusted advisor and executive coach known for helping leaders strengthen capability, align teams, and move effectively through complex transitions. She holds a PhD and MA in Human and Organizational Systems, an MA in Religious Leadership, and the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
